BS-Clothing guarantees a satisfying and safe online shopping experience. Shopping online with BS-Clothing is risk free with all purchases processed through safe and reliable sources such as Google Checkout, and Paypal.

What payment types are offered?

We currently accept all major Credit Cards though Google Checkout, and Paypal.

How much is Shipping?

All packages are shipped via usps at this time for $3.00, expedited shipping is coming soon!
Shipping time will vary, but orders are usually processed within 1-2 days, and have a delivery time of 3-7 days. 

International Shipping is now available! International shipping charges are $8.00 for the first shirt, and $3.00 for each additional shirt.

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to you with your tracking/delivery confirmation #. If you did not get that email, please login to your Bs-Clothing account to see your tracking number. If you did not create an account and the 1-2 day processing time has elapsed please email us at Sales@BS-Clothing.com

How do I order?

Online purchasing is fun, fast and easy. Please browse through our selection of design. Click on the image to go to the product page. Then select the quantity that you desire, and the size that you desire and click the add to cart button. Once on the shopping cart page, either select the continue shopping button to add more clothing to your shopping cart, or select a payment method between Google Checkout and Paypal.

What size should I order?

As a general rule I would order the same size clothing as you would normally wear. We are adding new styles and types of clothing all the time, as the styles grow we will create a sizing section to help you order the correct size. How should I wash the shirt?

Most of the Clothing at BS-Clothing are made with 100% preshrunk combed cotton. You can expect the clothing to shrink about 5% when washing them normally. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
Some items of clothing may not be 100% cotton, but the type of material will be described on the design page. If you have a question about the material please email us at Sales@BS-Clothing.com.

I made a mistake how do I change my order?

Please email us as soon as you find out that you may have made a mistake. Please email Sales@BS-Clothing.com we will do our best to get the mistake fixed. If the order has not shipped out yet we should be able to help you. If the order has shipped, then we will let you know how we can fix the mistake at that time.

I was sent the wrong shirt what now?

First of all please email us at Sales@BS-Clothing.com and we will see what happened and work on getting the mistake fixed.

I was sent a defective shirt what now?

Well you just got someone fired. We inspect all of our shirts. We were hoping not to have to add the little inspected by stickers, but you just pushed us over the edge and we are yelling and screaming profanity at our little old lady who inspects the shirts. Please email us at Sales@BS-Clothing.com and we will look into the problem.

I have great shirt ideas how do I get them on your site?

If you have a shirt idea or 2 please email them in to Designs@BS-Clothing.com if we like it we might use it, and send you some BS gift.

Why does it is say TerminalTen on my Credit Card statement?

Terminal Ten LLC is the legal name of the business. You will see this on your credit card statement if you have paid using paypal. If you have any further questions about this please email us at Sales@BS-Clothing.com.
